楊智傑作品理念

 

這批作品想觀看的是當代人類身體和精神的災厄。

爬梳那些無以名狀的虛無，日常生活中默默發酵的病徵狀態。當代消費社會中，爆炸盈滿的資訊、物質慾望的光暈迅速地攫獲了我們的意識，而使我們忽略了更為棘手、本質性的災難。藉由處理畫面上受難或類殉道式、幽默古怪的肖像，以及濃烈灰暗、螢光的色彩、造型來對這些苦難進行一種異化與反抗；這些看似扭曲或負面的肖像，其實正是奪回自我主體性的一種積極嘗試。
